1. Agreement to Terms & Age Requirements

By accessing and using the Calc84 Graphing Calculator website and services ("Service") at https://calc84.app, provided by Miqdad Qaisrani ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Service.

Educational Purpose: Calc84 is provided as a free educational resource for mathematics learning. It is designed to supplement, not replace, formal mathematics instruction.

2. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Calc84 for:

This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use the educational features of the Service as provided by Miqdad Qaisrani.

3. Restrictions & Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful educational purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Reverse Engineer: Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Graphing Engine, Matrix Solver, Tokenizer, or any proprietary JavaScript components.
• Scraping & Automation: Use automated scripts, spiders, bots, or crawlers to scrape, harvest, mirror, or extract data/code from the Service.
• AI Training: Use the Service, its outputs, code, or mathematical algorithms to train Artificial Intelligence (AI) models, Large Language Models (LLMs), or machine learning systems without express written permission from Miqdad Qaisrani.
• Re-hosting: Mirror, frame, embed (except via official embed parameters), or re-host this tool on another domain or application without authorization.
• Academic Dishonesty: Use the Service to cheat on academic examinations, standardized tests (SAT, ACT, AP exams), or violate institutional academic integrity policies.
• Commercial Resale: Sell, lease, or commercially exploit the Service without written agreement.
• Fraudulent Ad Engagement: Generate artificial, fraudulent, or automated clicks, impressions, or interactions with any advertisements displayed on the Service, or encourage others to do so.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, functionality, and code are and will remain the exclusive property of Miqdad Qaisrani and its licensors.

Proprietary Technology: All software, including the Graphing Engine, Matrix Solver, Statistics Module, TI-BASIC Parser, and UI architecture, is the exclusive intellectual property of Miqdad Qaisrani. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the United States and international jurisdictions.

Third-Party Libraries: We use open-source libraries (MathJS, etc.) under their respective licenses. Our proprietary code wrapping and extending these libraries remains our exclusive property.

Trademark Disclaimer

TI-84 Plus CE is a registered trademark of Texas Instruments Incorporated. Any references to TI-84 functionality, button layouts, or operational methods are for educational compatibility purposes only. Calc84 is an independent implementation and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with Texas Instruments Incorporated. Texas Instruments provides no support for this application.

5. Advertising, Monetization & Third-Party Links

Calc84 is an independent project offered free of charge. To sustain development, server, and hosting costs, we display advertisements on the website. These ads are served by third-party networks, including Google AdSense, which use cookies to deliver relevant personalized or non-personalized content.

Your privacy remains our priority: Ad networks do not receive your mathematical calculations, and we do not sell your personal data. By using the Service, you agree to the display of such advertisements as part of the free license.

External Links & Liability: Advertisements may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, products, or privacy practices of these third-party advertisers. You acknowledge and agree that Calc84 shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by your interaction with external ads. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. MIQDAD QAISRANI MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Educational Use Warning: This tool is designed as a study aid and educational simulator. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that mathematical results, graphing plots, or statistical calculations are 100% error-free. Users should verify critical calculations (engineering, financial, medical) using certified tools. We are not liable for errors in high-stakes calculations.

No Warranty for Test Scores: We make no claims that use of this tool will improve test scores or academic performance. Individual results vary based on effort, instruction quality, and prior knowledge.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MIQDAD QAISRANI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

8. Local Processing & Data Privacy

We prioritize user privacy by design. All mathematical calculations (graphing, matrix operations, statistics, TI-BASIC execution) are processed locally in your browser using JavaScript. No calculation data, equations, or programs are transmitted to our servers.

The only data transmitted to calc84.app servers consists of:

• Anonymous page view analytics (no personal identifiers)
• Optional AI Math Tutor queries (if explicitly used, anonymized)
• Error logs (if voluntarily submitted via feedback forms)

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Governing Law
